The spaghetti from Pasta Mancini's "i Turanici" range: the ancient Triticum turanicum wheat, selected over 4,000 years ago in Khorasan, grown in Italy under certified organic farming and stone-milled. An earth-coloured pasta with a robust grain flavour and a soft, meaty bite, bronze-die extruded and dried for 40 hours. 500 g bag.
