The Rigatoni from Mancini Pastificio Agricolo (Monte San Pietrangeli, Marche): the large ridged tube (Ø 19.2 mm × 45 mm), bronze-die extruded and slowly dried for 22 hours, made exclusively with durum wheat grown on the farm. The shape for full-bodied sauces, carbonara above all. 500 g bag.
