
The lumache rigate from Mancini Pastificio Agricolo (Monte San Pietrangeli, Marche): ridged 'snails' (Ø 15 mm × 25 mm), whose curve holds the sauce on the surface and cradles it within. Bronze-die extruded, slowly dried for 22 hours, using durum wheat from the farm. 500 g bag.

Farm founded in 1938 by Mariano Mancini; his grandson Massimo, an agronomist, created Mancini Pastificio Agricolo in 2010. The pastificio is built amid the wheat fields, and each pack states the year of harvest.
