The lumache rigate from Mancini Pastificio Agricolo (Monte San Pietrangeli, Marche): ridged 'snails' (Ø 15 mm × 25 mm), whose curve holds the sauce on the surface and cradles it within. Bronze-die extruded, slowly dried for 22 hours, using durum wheat from the farm. 500 g bag.
