The Olio Novello from Centonze: the new-season, unfiltered oil from the Case di Latomie estate in Castelvetrano (Sicily). A Nocellara del Belice monocultivar from organic farming, cold-pressed just after harvest. Green and cloudy appearance, nose of cut grass, ardent and peppery palate (green tomato, artichoke, almond). Best enjoyed young, raw.

Azienda Agricola Centonze « Case di Latomie » has been a family estate in Castelvetrano (Belice valley, Sicily) since 1953, ~40 ha farmed organically with Nocellara, Cerasuola and Biancolilla olive trees, some of them century-old (Slow Food Presidio).
