The fusilli from Mancini Pastificio Agricolo (Monte San Pietrangeli, Marche): a generous spiral (Ø 12 mm × 40 mm), bronze-die extruded and slow-dried for 22 hours, made exclusively with durum wheat grown on the farm. The twist holds sauces beautifully, from puttanesca to ragùs. 500 g bag.
