'L'Eclettico' from the organic estate Agricola Paglione (Lucera, Puglia): a macerated white wine (orange wine) made from equal parts Bombino Bianco and Malvasia. Spontaneous fermentation and skin maceration, without fining or filtration: pale golden colour, slightly hazy, a nose of ripe fruit and flint, and a full, saline palate.
