Cacc'e Mmitte di Lucera DOC 'Caporale' from the organic estate Agricola Paglione (Lucera, Puglia). A blend of Nero di Troia, Montepulciano and Bombino Bianco made as a natural wine (indigenous yeasts, unfined and unfiltered): deep ruby appearance, an intense nose of pomegranate, morello cherry and spice, a full, supple palate with a tannic structure.
