'Giglio', a Bianchello del Metauro DOC Superiore from the organic Di Sante estate (Fano). 100 % Biancame from an old clone, vinified in stainless steel and aged on fine lees: straw yellow colour with greenish hues, a nose of ripe yellow fruit, a savoury, fresh and full palate with a slightly bitter finish.
