This policy describes how Esaltare Food processes personal data through its website, its business exchanges and its professional accounts on social networks and messaging services (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).

Esaltare Food, a French SARL with a capital of €1,000, registered with the Marseille Trade Register (RCS) under number 100 832 138, headquartered at 26 boulevard des Dames, 13002 Marseille, France (trade name: Le Comptoir de la Comtesse).

Data we process

• Direct exchanges (email, phone): identity, professional contact details, content of your message.
• Business relationship: billing and delivery details, order and exchange history.
• Social networks and messaging: when you write to our professional accounts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), we access the content of your messages and your public username through Meta tools, in order to reply to you.
• Website: this is a static showcase website, with no user accounts, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only technical logs are produced by the hosting provider for security purposes.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your requests (pre-contractual measures).
• Managing customer and supplier relationships, orders and invoicing (contract, legal obligations).
• B2B prospecting and commercial follow-up (legitimate interest).

Recipients

Your data is never sold or transferred. It is processed by our team and by our technical providers: website hosting (Cloudflare), email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), social messaging (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd), point-of-sale and management tools. This processing is hosted in the European Union or covered by adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention periods

• Business relationship: duration of the relationship, then statutory limitation periods (10 years for accounting records).
• Prospecting: 3 years after the last contact.
• Social media messages: for as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to contact@esaltarefood.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Data deletion

To request the deletion of data related to your exchanges with our accounts (including Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp messages), write to contact@esaltarefood.com from the address or account concerned, with the subject line “Data deletion”. Your request will be handled within 30 days.
